"My husband found a property he thought we would both like in Blowing Rock and connected with Sue Eggers online to arrange a viewing of the property and similar ones she found for us while we would be vacationing in the area. Prior to our actual trip to the area we saw many of our top choices sell. We were thrilled with the blowing Rock area but upon actually seeing the properties we had still available in our price range we concluded they were too small to have friends and family visit comfortably and decided we needed at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms even if our primary use was to be a vacation rental. Sue recommended looking at several different nearby areas and sent us examples of properties for sale in those areas. Again we saw our top choices sell before we could get back to the region to see the properties. Sue offered to video the properties and answer our questions but after our last experience of actually seeing property we changed our minds about from actually seeing we felt safer seeing the property in person. Sue's knowledge of the area led us to two places we had not considered and both suited our needs nicely. We had a tough decision choosing between Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. This time when we looked at properties we had difficulty choosing one and Sue exhibited great cheerfulness and positivity while we were certain we had taxed her patience she never wavered from her eagerness to be helpful and did not rush us. We asked many questions and she answered with honest answers which sometimes ruled out a property. She had some questions of her own about our top property which led us to research it more thoroughly which ultimately led us to buy it. Once we made our decision we again had to leave for home and Sue communicated online making the purchasing process the easiest we have ever had."

"Sue is amazing! I first met sue because I wanted to buy some land in Watauga county and I definitely made the right choice to work with her. I told her exactly what the land needed to have and after a few hours she had a full list of lots. After reading through the list I found one that looked especially appealing and Sue quickly arranged a meeting with the seller's agent to walk the land the next day. The land was perfect, a wooded 4 acre lot with a beautiful stream running right through the middle. It was well within my budget and It even had a driveway to the house sight already put in. It was the one! The rest of the buying process was a breeze with Sue doing practically all of the work and being there to answer any questions I had.
